1. How much is the registration fee?

Early bird registration is $495 USD. The regular conference registration fee is $795 USD. Please note that the conference registration fee does not include the Optional Training Day.

2. Will training be offered at the conference?

Yes. Optional full-day training sessions will be offered on Wednesday in 3 tracks: Vena 101 for New Users, Vena Refresher Crash Course (Basic) and Vena Power Training (Advanced).

The fee for Vena 101 for New Users and the Refresher Crash Course is $695 USD which includes a laptop, or $495 USD if you bring your own laptop. Power Training is $995 USD with laptop included, or $795 USD without.

To sign up for training, please check the appropriate box during the registration process. (Register early for training, as class space is limited.)

3. Can I bring a guest to the conference?

Certainly. Guest attendance at conference social events is an additional $195 USD. The guest fee includes the Wednesday night opening cocktail reception, breakfasts and lunches Thursday to Friday, and the Thursday night social event. You will have the opportunity to add your guest during the registration process. Please note that guests will not be able to participate in the General Sessions or the Conference Breakouts.

4. How do I qualify for the Early Bird prize draw?

You will be entered in the Early Bird prize draw automatically if you register as an attendee at the 2017 VenaNOLA Users’ Conference by February 28, 2017. Click here for full contest details.

6. What attire is appropriate for the conference?

We recommend business casual for training, general sessions and workshops during the day. The temperature inside the conference rooms can vary, so wearing layers is advised. The average high temperature in New Orleans in May is 85°F (29°C).

For the social events, we recommend dressy casual for the opening night reception on Wednesday and for the Thursday night event, “cruise casual.”

7. Can I cancel my registration?

Yes. Depending on when you cancel, you may qualify for all or part of your payment refunded. Click here for our cancellation policy.
